Weaving Community - with Sonya Rankine and the South West Community

The City South West Community, and those with a close connection to the area are invited to join renown Aboriginal artist, Sonya Rankine, to create a collaborative woven art piece for the Minor Works Building Community Centre.

Register for one of five free weaving workshops where you will create your own woven panel design that will become part of the larger art piece. During the workshops participants will yarn together with Sonya sharing stories of culture, art and community.

Suitable for people aged 10 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
