Media Lab One-on-One

Join one of our volunteers in the Media Lab at City Library to increase your understanding and application of a range of hardware and software used for creating different media! We have two types of sessions available to book:

Creating Digital Art and Media:
The City Library Media Lab has a huge range of topics to express your digital creativity! Ever wanted to make your own Lego movie through stop motion animation? How about becoming a Youtube star by learning how to use green screen and film editing? Maybe you want to record music, or your very own podcast! Book in for an introductory session where our volunteers will be happy to answer your questions and help you get started!

Media Lab 1x1 Film Editing:
Thinking about filming a movie or starting a Youtube channel? Do your video conferences look unsteady or you'd like to learn more about framing? Our friendly volunteer will work with you to help you make a movie, learn to use a video camera or learn to edit your footage in this one-on-one session.
