Adelaide Visitor Information Centre
The Adelaide Visitor Information Centre is located inside the City of Adelaide Customer Service Centre at 25 Pirie Street, Adelaide (Kaurna Country).
On weekdays, it supports local, interstate and international visitors, offering personalised advice to help you make the most of your time in Adelaide and South Australia.
Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic volunteers can assist with directions, maps and brochures, event guides, journey planning, and a curated range of produce and artisan products from Southern Providore.
Interstate seniors can present their state or territory Seniors Cards to access an Adelaide Metro Seniors Pass for 14 days of free off-peak travel.
If you need to use Adelaide Metro services outside of the free travel times, you will need to recharge the concession metroCARD provided to pay for your concession fares.
On weekends and public holidays, visitors can access the Mobile Visitor Service in Rundle Mall.

You can get the same great assistance and information on the weekend from the wonderful volunteers at the Mobile Visitor Service. You'll find them on Rundle Mall with their unmissable bike packed full of helpful maps and brochures.
