The Adelaide Guitar Festival is an immersive winter festival, celebrating the world’s most popular instrument.

Led by Artistic Director Slava Grigoryan, the Adelaide Guitar Festival is the most significant festival of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. Unbound by genre and acclaimed for the quality of performances on offer, you can expect a sample of rock, jazz, folk, classical, experimental, blues and roots on your festival menu.

Offering more than just concerts and gigs the festival is a chance to really delve into the world of guitar with free and low-cost workshops, master classes, artist’s talks, panel discussions and programs for emerging musicians.

While the full festival is held biennially, with the next to be held in 2020, Adelaide Guitar Festival continues to expand its supplementary annual events.
